There are some ways to calm the mind, the main condition of sleep. You can try 4-7-8 therapy for sleep problems. This is actually a breathing exercise.

How to Exercise Breathing:
– First breathe with 4 seconds nose
– Then hold on for 7 seconds. Don’t breathe
– Then exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds
– Do this a few times and go to sleep.

When this 4-7-8 breathing exercise is done, our brain supplies oxygen, removes carbon dioxide and calms the mind. As a result, they get faster sleep. Various studies have shown that this method results in less than 1 minute sleep.
